        The Cocoon gift card provides credit that can be used towards a Cocoon membership. The recipient can apply the credit during sign-up and begin borrowing designer handbags from brands such as Chanel, Prada, Gucci, and many more.

        Does the recipient need to create an account?

        Yes. The recipient will create a Cocoon account when redeeming the gift credit and selecting their membership plan.

        How long does my gift recipient have to activate their COCOON voucher?

        Gift vouchers must be activated within 6 months of issue

        Who pays the refundable holding fee?

        A refundable holding fee of £1 and an active card check are required to become a COCOON member. This is refunded once the bag is safely returned and membership has been cancelled.

        How does my recipient redeem their gift credit?

        Once the gift card is purchased, the recipient will receive a unique code by email. They can enter this code during sign-up to apply the credit toward their Cocoon membership.

        When the recipient redeems their gift credit, they can choose a Cocoon membership plan and start borrowing designer handbags.
        If the value of the gift credit does not cover the full membership cost, the remaining balance can be paid at checkout.
