Collection: Fendi

The House of Fendi was launched in 1925 by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome, Italy. Fendi remains as one of Italy’s few family run fashion houses with the original founders commitment to the use of fur and artisanal craftsmanship still present in the house’s DNA. Karl Lagerfeld joined Fendi in the mid 60s and become creative director for the label’s luxury fur and womens ready to wear.

Silvia Venturini-Fendi joined the house in 1992, as second to Karl Lagerfeld. British designer Kim Jones took on the role of Artistic Director for Couture and Womenswear in 2020, working alongside Artistic Directors Silvia Venturini Fendi and Delfina Delettrez Fendi, third and fourth generation of the Fendi family.

Silvia Venturini-Fendi designed the cult classic handbag, the Peekaboo. Karl Lagerfeld and Venturini-Fendi collaborated on designing the Baguette handbag.

Kim Jones designed the Fendi First and the Fendi touch, both launched in 2021.
